1. General Statement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bzbuzz platform and its users ("you" or "player"). bzbuzz is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh, providing services through the website https://bzbuzz.cam.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means you must bet 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Policy

The following conditions always apply in relation to bonuses:

5.4 VIP Cashback

Regular players can enjoy weekly cashback across three VIP tiers: up to 0.5% at Bronze level, up to 1.0% at Silver level, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Gold level. Tier upgrades are based on player activity and loyalty.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once confirmed. bzbuzz reserves the right to void a bet if an impossible or incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error. Only bets placed through the betting interface are valid — verbal or informal requests are not accepted.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following policies apply to sports betting:

• Both pre-match bets placed before an event starts and live bets placed during an event are accepted
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, bets accepted at those odds may be voided
• If match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected, bets will be kept under investigation
